Guide Info:

All guides will be given a packet with their responsibilities, storytelling schedule, and a park map at the festival.

Please meet your assigned classes at the Bus Check-in located at the entrance.  Your primary responsibility will be to make sure your assigned classes get to the right shelter (the color of your shirt) to listen to two storytellers for 45 minutes – 50 minutes.

You will stay with your assigned class group until their story session is over and then you will walk them to the amphitheater to listen to feature teller Tom Lee.  If you are assigned to two sessions report back to the buses after walking your group to the amphitheater to meet your next group

If a group arrives to play or eat before their storytelling session meet them at the playground area at least 15 minutes prior to their designated time to escort them to their storytelling site.

Lunch:  Will be provided for staff, volunteers and storytellers at the park thanks to the Friends of the Library.

Let’s hope for a beautiful day!!!
